EarthMeds' mandate

EarthMeds primarily serves Americans treating long-term medical conditions or disabilities. Our pharmacy network was created to improve the quality of life for those Americans most likely to be affected by high drug prices in the US.

Choice of prescription medication origin

When ordering drugs from overseas pharmacies, you will always have final control over which country your medications are dispensed and shipped from. EarthMeds representatives can make recommendations based on prices and availability, but it's your decision whether you receive Canadian, American, Israeli, Australian, British or Chilean drugs (or all of the above.)

Note: In Israel drugs are manufactured to the standards of Kashrut and are considered Kosher. If you wish to receive Kosher prescription drugs, EarthMeds recommends ordering from Israel.

Prescriptions are required at all EarthMeds' domestic and overseas pharmacies

If you order a prescription drug, you must provide EarthMeds with a prescription (a faxed prescription is acceptable, provided it is valid.) A valid prescription is less than one year old, and must have been written by a physician licensed to practice medicine and prescribe medications in your own country.

Prescriptions are required in order to protect your safety and to preserve the quality and integrity of pharmacy service; it is unethical for any pharmacy to dispense prescription drugs without prescriptions under any other circumstances.

You must provide a prescription whether you order English, American, Canadian, Chilean, Israeli or Australian prescription drugs. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Restricted products

In compliance with Internet pharmacies regulations, US law and pharmacist ethics, EarthMeds does not dispense the following products:

• Addictive, habit-forming and recreational drugs, or drugs classified as 'scheduled' or 'controlled' by the FDA.
• Temperature-controlled prescription drugs such as Insulin, which must be refrigerated and are therefore impossible to ship safely.
• Products considered 'lifestyle' drugs such as Viagra, Cialis and Levitra.
