Our shipping policy was developed to govern the mail order service we provide to Americans shopping at US pharmacies, or buying prescription drugs outside the US. This policy helps ensure EarthMeds offers the most reliable foreign pharmacies and US drugstores available.

Packaging

Drugs ordered from EarthMeds are shipped in secure, padded, tamper-proof packages. All orders include drug and dosage information and can be tracked en route (with the exception of packages from Chile.) See EarthMeds' Tracking page for more details.

Shipping cost

EarthMeds charges a standard shipping fee of $9.95 USD per package, per country.

Per package: If you order multiple medications, they can usually be packaged and shipped together for a single shipping fee. If you've ordered more medications than will fit in one package, you'll pay $9.95 USD for each package required.

Per country: If you order medications from different countries, it's impossible for EarthMeds to package them together, in which case you'll pay $9.95 for each package required.

EarthMeds ships to the US

EarthMeds is only able to ship to US residents at this time.

Delivery times for mail order pharmacy packages

Most orders arrive within 3-4 weeks of leaving a pharmacy, regardless of which country they're being sent from. Refill orders generally arrive in 2-3 weeks.

Note: Non-US-originating packages are sometimes delayed for up to a month at the US border (including packages of imported prescription drugs.) This is a rare occurrence, but we recommend you consider it when using a mail order pharmacy. EarthMeds cannot intervene in a US Customs action.
